The release date for permit applications for the 2025-2026 school year has not been set.

Please be advised that communication will be sent to all existing permit holders as soon as the dates are established and this website will be updated.

Permit applications will be accepted on a staggered approach based on the classification of the organization. Automatic renewal of space has been discontinued.

Permits may begin Sept 15, 2025 and end by June 12, 2026.

Weekday applications can be submitted for 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm OR 8:15 pm -10:15pm .

Weekend applications can be submitted for 7:00 am – 9:00 pm

Applications will be approved on a first come first serve basis and must not contain multiple time slots, or days on one application. Applications not meeting this criteria will be automatically denied.

The increase of Permit fees for 2025/2026 has not yet been determined.

School Break Permits

School break permit applications can only be submitted by selecting one of the applicable permit types:
School break – non profit OR
School break – profit.
School break permits can operate from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Custodial overtime may be applicable after 3:00 pm.
Note: Permit applications for summer programs must be submitted prior to mid-May. Permits will be granted during July to mid-August based on availability and subject to approval.
